Partner With Nova Hoops

1. Partnership Benefits

Nova Hoops will provide the promotional and partnership benefits associated with the selected partnership level as described in the current Nova Hoops Community Partnership Guide.

2. Partnership Term

Community and Program Partnerships are valid for one selected Nova Hoops season: Fall/Winter (September–January) or Spring/Summer (March–July).

Premier Partnerships are valid for 12 consecutive months.

3. Payment

Payment is due before partnership benefits begin unless otherwise agreed in writing. Partnership payments are generally non-refundable once promotional fulfillment has begun.

4. Sponsor Brand Assets

Sponsor authorizes Nova Hoops to use sponsor-provided names, logos, websites, social media handles, and other brand materials to fulfill and promote the partnership.

Sponsor confirms that it has the right to provide and authorize use of those materials.

5. Promotional Fulfillment

Nova Hoops will make reasonable efforts to provide all agreed benefits. Specific posting dates, formats, placements, apparel opportunities, events, and similar details may change due to program schedules, platform requirements, production timing, uniform or circuit rules, and other operational considerations.

When a specific benefit becomes impractical, Nova Hoops may provide a reasonably comparable substitute benefit.

Nova Hoops does not guarantee any specific number of impressions, leads, customers, sales, or other business results.

6. Category Exclusivity

Business-category exclusivity applies only when expressly included in the selected partnership level or otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Independent Parties

This agreement creates a sponsorship relationship between independent parties and does not create an employment, agency, joint venture, or ownership relationship.

8. Tax Treatment

Nova Hoops is organized as an LLC. Sponsorship payments are not represented as charitable contributions.

Because sponsorship packages include advertising and promotional benefits, a sponsorship may potentially qualify as a business advertising or marketing expense depending on the sponsor's circumstances. Sponsors should consult their CPA or tax professional regarding appropriate tax treatment.

9. Acceptance

By accepting this agreement and continuing to payment, the signer confirms that they are authorized to enter into this partnership on behalf of the sponsoring business or organization.
